SCM1243M incorporates 600V15A IGBT, FRDs for the 3-phase bridge. Includes pre-drive ICs with various protection functions, such as UVLO (under voltage lock out), OCP (over current protection), TSD (thermal shutdown), etc., and bootstrap diodes with limiting resistors incorporated into 1 package.
This product features withstand voltage of 2500V AC for 1 minute and current detection in each phase with 3 shunt resistors.
A full mold package is available.
