Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs)
Sanken offers high voltage 3-phase BLDC motor drivers for air conditioner fan motors with high global market share, refrigerator and air conditioner compressors, and washing machine main motors. Sensorless vector control method products also available.
Automotive Discrete Modules
Sanken's discrete modules combine switching elements (i.e. power MOSFETs) and diodes in a single package, which can contribute to the downsizing of the injection system.
Arrays
Sanken offers an array which combines a switching element (i.e. transistors) with protection diodes in a single package. They are ideal for use in switching elements of inverters.
