Application Note

Description

SI-6632M is a 3-phase brushless motor driver IC, with rated current of 3A(DC)/4.5A(peak).
Output elements and its pre-drivers, an excitation distribution circuit, and protection functions (OCP/UVLO/TSD) are integrated into a single package. Supports motor power voltage up to 48V.
The IC adopts a single power supply system and incorporates 5V regulator output for power supply of hall-elements which is connected with the system; a brushless motor can be driven by a single power supply.
