Includes various protection functions (UVLO: undervoltage lock out, OCP: over current protection, TSD: thermal shutdown, OCL: current limiting), pre-drive IC with FO terminal output voltage, and bootstrap diodes with limiting resistors incorporated into 1 package. Full mold package with pin pitch of 1.2mm.
