A chopper type switching regulator IC which provides various features and protection functions required for a step-down switching regulator.
The output is fixed at Vo=5V, but voltage can become variable by adding 2 external resistors (applies only for voltage increase)
A highly efficient switching regulator can be constructed with only 5 external components.
