The table below lists the taping and packing specifications of our axial diodes.
When purchasing, specify a taping type by adding the corresponding letter(s) to your part number as a suffix.
Example: To order the AM01Z shipped in tape-and-reel packing (= Type V), add the suffix “V” to the part number and specify it as “AM01ZV”.
