STR-L400 series is a power IC for switching power supply, incorporating a power MOSFET and a current mode quasi-resonant controll IC in one package.
Supports quasi-resonant and PRC* at normal operation。
A Low height, SIP-10L full mold package with at least 6.5mm of creepage isolation between high and low terminal tips.
Rich set of protection features help realize low component count, and high performance-to-cost power supply.
