The DENS-1156S is a low-loss and low-noise fast recovery diode, rated at 600 V/15 A.
The product achieves a typical forwarded voltage drop of 1.05 V (at 100 °C) and a typical trr-time of 25 ns (at IF:IRP = 1:2) by optimizing trade-offs between the forward voltage drop (VF) and the reverse recovery time (trr).
Its low thermal resistance package offers excellent heat dissipation.
