LC201S is a power supply IC for a microcontroller. It is a linear regulator with a startup circuit.
Available in 2 types of output. Output 1 (Output of 9 V (Typ.) or 20 V (Typ.), and Output 1 (Output of 5V(Typ.))
Power supply for microcontrollers can be easily constructed with only a few external components.

Features

    ・Integrated start-up circuit (Reduces number of external components)
    ・Power consumption of the startup circuit is zero (with auxiliary winding)
    ・Output voltage OUT1:
    　Output of 9 V (Typ.) or 20 V (Typ.) .
    　When auxiliary winding isconnected to OUT1 pin, OUT1 pin is power supply of the control circuit.
    ・Output voltage OUT2: Output of 5 V (Typ.) (for microcontroller)
    ・UVLO (Under Voltage Lockout) function
    　(If OUT1 pin voltage decreases, OUT2 pin fixed to Low state)
